Perfume Cap Manufacturer for Dubai & the UAE
Caps and fragrance packaging components made to your own design, moulded in-house since 2003 and shipped to brands across the Emirates.
Zamac, Surlyn, acrylic, wood, magnetic, plastic
The cap is the first thing a customer touches. Each material changes the weight and finish of the bottle, and all six are moulded here.
Built to your drawing
We tool for your design, not from a catalogue
Most orders start from a brand’s drawing or a reference bottle. The mould is cut and kept in our own tool room.

Why UAE brands work with us
Everything the bottle needs, made in one plant
We have moulded packaging for the beauty industry since 2003, and we make to a brand’s own design rather than selling from a fixed catalogue.
The mould is cut and maintained here, so a change to your design does not go out to a third party and come back weeks later.
Six finishes in-house
Zamac, Surlyn, acrylic, wood, magnetic and plastic, so the material can be chosen for the product rather than for what one supplier happens to run.
Caps, collars and pumps
Parts that have to fit each other are made in the same plant, which removes the tolerance argument from your first production run.
Built for Gulf retail
Fragrance in the Emirates is bought in the hand. Weight, plating and finish are specified with that in mind, including oud and attar lines.

Brands we already supply
Dubai's fragrance market runs on presentation. A cap is the first thing a customer touches, and it carries the weight, finish and temperature that tells them what the bottle cost. We manufacture that component to a brand's own drawing rather than selling from a fixed catalogue.
Components for the Emirates go out as an export consignment, and the terms belong on the quotation rather than in an assumption: who books the freight, who clears the shipment, and the point at which risk passes to you. Ask for the Incoterm to be stated, because a price quoted FOB and the same price quoted CIF are not comparable and the gap is not small on heavy goods.
We ship from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and quote on FOB or CIF Jebel Ali. Sailing time to Jebel Ali is around 7 to 10 days; production runs 25 to 30 days from an existing mould and 45 to 60 days when new tooling is involved. A first order and a repeat do not sit on the same schedule, so we give you both rather than an average.
The minimum is 10,000 pieces per design for moulded caps and 5,000 pieces for Zamac, and we quote in USD. Tooling is usually the largest single line on a first invoice and absent from the second, which is why it is worth asking for both numbers at once instead of comparing suppliers on the first alone.
Send us the material, the neck specification and the quantity you have in mind and we will quote the run and the tooling separately, so you can see what each one is costing you. Start with a specification.
Yes. Most of our work starts from a brand's drawing or a sample rather than a catalogue number. We have run our own tool room since 2003, so the mould is made and maintained in house.
Zamac, Surlyn, acrylic, wood, magnetic closures and plastic. Each one changes the weight and finish of the bottle, and all six are moulded in house.
Yes — pump collars, spray-thru caps and pen sprayers are made here too, so a complete bottle can come from one supplier.
Around 5 to 6 weeks in total from an existing mould — 25 to 30 days in production plus 7 to 10 days sailing to Jebel Ali. Allow 45 to 60 days of production if the cap needs new tooling. Send the specification with the quantity and you will get a dated schedule rather than a range.
10,000 pieces per design for moulded caps, 5,000 for Zamac. Ask for the minimum and the tooling cost in the same quotation — together they tell you far more than either figure on its own.
Yes. A lot of first orders start as a sketch and a reference bottle rather than a finished drawing, and the specification gets settled from there.
Agree it in the purchase order rather than in an email thread. It is the clause that most often causes trouble two years later, when a brand wants to move its tooling and finds nothing was written down.
Send the bottle. A physical reference is usually a better brief than a drawing when the question is how a cap should sit and feel, and we can measure the neck from it directly.
Ask for one, and do not approve tooling without it. A render cannot show you weight, and weight is most of what a cap communicates.
Zamac is electroplated, so the finish is chosen at that stage — the usual metal tones, matt or bright. Tell us the reference you are matching to and we will say whether it is achievable in plating.
Yes, and they are usually a different specification from an eau de parfum line. Wooden caps suit those products in a way a high-gloss plated cap does not.
We make closures and components — caps, pump collars, spray-thru caps, pen sprayers and pocket perfume containers — rather than glass bottles.
Agree the acceptance standard and who inspects against it before production starts. Vague acceptance terms are what turn a small defect into a long argument.
Either, and the quotation says which. Two prices on different Incoterms are not comparable, so ask for it to be stated rather than inferred.
Yes — aerosol caps, car perfume containers and personal care packaging come out of the same plant.
Send the material you have in mind, the neck specification or the bottle it has to fit, and the quantity. Start with a specification and you will get the run and the tooling quoted separately.
