Perfume Cap Manufacturer for Brands in Turkey
Fragrance packaging components made to your specification, moulded in-house since 2003 and supplied to brands and contract fillers across Turkey.
Tooled for your spec, not picked from a shelf
Turkey has its own filling base, so components are specified rather than bought off a catalogue. We cut and keep the mould in our own tool room.
Caps, collars, pumps and sprayers together
Components that have to fit each other are better made in one plant. Splitting them across suppliers usually costs more than it saves.
Why buyers in Turkey work with us
Tooled to your drawing, not to a catalogue
Turkey has its own filling and contract manufacturing base, so components are specified rather than bought off a shelf. That is how most of our work in the region starts.
We work from a drawing
Or from a physical sample, which is often a better brief when the question is how a cap should feel rather than its exact dimensions.
Quoted as its own line
The mould is priced separately from the per-piece cost, so a first order and a repeat run can be compared honestly.
Made to suit your capper
Application torque and cap height are settled with your filler before the mould is cut, not discovered on the first run.
One supplier for the set
Caps, pump collars, spray-thru caps and pen sprayers come from the same plant, so the parts agree with each other.

Brands we already supply
Turkey has its own filling and contract manufacturing base, so packaging components are usually bought to a specification rather than off a shelf. We tool and mould to a drawing, which is how most of the work we do for the region starts.
Beyond caps we also make pump collars, spray-thru caps and pen sprayers, so a bottle's components can come from one supplier.
Shipping terms go on the quotation rather than being left to assumption. Establish who books the freight, who clears the goods and where risk transfers before comparing two prices, because quotations on different Incoterms are not the same number wearing different labels.
We ship from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and quote on FOB or CIF Mersin. Sailing time runs 18 to 22 days; production is 25 to 30 days from an existing mould and 45 to 60 days with new tooling. A first order and a repeat have different schedules, so we give both instead of an average.
The minimum is 10,000 pieces per design for moulded caps and 5,000 for Zamac, quoted in USD. For a first order the mould is usually the largest line on the invoice, which makes the per-piece price look misleadingly low beside it. Compare quotations on the total for the run you intend to place, then ask what a repeat costs once the tooling exists.
If a contract filler is running your line, bring them into the specification before the mould is cut — application torque and cap height have to suit their capper as well as your design. Send us the drawing and we will quote the run and the tooling separately.
To a specification. Brands and contract fillers send a drawing or a sample and we tool for it; the mould is cut and kept in our own tool room, which we have run since 2003.
Zamac, Surlyn, acrylic and plastic are the four we supply most often to the region, along with wooden and magnetic closures where the line calls for them.
Yes. Pump collars, spray-thru caps and pen sprayers are made in the same plant as the caps.
Around 7 to 8 weeks in total from an existing mould — 25 to 30 days in production plus 18 to 22 days sailing to Mersin. Allow 45 to 60 days of production if new tooling is needed. Send the drawing with the quantity and you will get a dated schedule.
The mould is quoted as its own line, separate from the per-piece price, so you can see what the first order is paying for and what a repeat run will not. Agree ownership and storage in the purchase order rather than in an email thread.
Yes. A physical reference is often a better starting point than a drawing, particularly when the brief is about how a cap should feel rather than its exact dimensions.
Put it in the purchase order: who owns it, where it is stored, and whether it can be moved. This is the clause people skip and regret.
Bring your filler into the specification before the mould is cut. Application torque and cap height have to work on their capper, and a cap that looks right but jams a line has cost you the whole run.
10,000 pieces per design for moulded caps and 5,000 for Zamac, quoted in USD. Ask for the tooling cost in the same quotation.
Ask for one in the final material and finish. A render cannot show weight, and weight is most of what separates one cap from another in the hand.
Zamac, Surlyn, acrylic and plastic cover most of what gets specified in the region, with wood and magnetic closures where a line calls for them.
We make closures and components — caps, pump collars, spray-thru caps and pen sprayers — rather than glass.
FOB or CIF Mersin, and the quotation states which. Comparing two prices on different terms is how buyers end up surprised at the port.
Agree the acceptance standard, who inspects against it and what happens to a batch that misses it — before production, not after.
Yes, and it usually should. Caps, collars and pumps have to fit each other, so splitting them across suppliers to save a little per piece routinely costs more on the first production run than it saves.
Send the drawing or a reference bottle, the material, who is filling, and the quantity. Send us the drawing and the run and the tooling come back quoted separately.
